Our application along with the following typical documents will help me run an accurate figures for you:
Most Common Documents for all Applicants
2 Years W-2’s for all jobs worked
30 days most current paystubs
2 Months Bank Statements
Legible Copy of Drivers License, Front & Back
If you own any Homes
A copy of a current Mortgage Statement, and any HOA or Condo Bills (if applicable)
If you are Self Employed
2 Years Federal Tax Returns for Personal and Business Tax Returns
2 Years of your K-1, 1099 or any other Year-End Earnings Statements
If you are Divorced, Separated and/or Pay Alimony or Child Support
A copy of your signed Divorce Agreement, Separation Agreement along with any applicable Child Support or Alimony Agreements
If you receive Social Security, Pension, Annuity or other Retirement Income
A copy of the Most Recent Monthly Award Letter
2 Years Tax Returns
For Annuity Income, we may need a copy of the most recent Monthly or Quarterly Statements

If you are Active Duty, a copy of your Statement of Service
Discharged National Guard (if you were never activated) - NGB Form 22 and NGB Form 23

Latest Retirement Points Statement & Evidence of honorable Service
Surviving Spouse
If you are receiving DIC: Veteran’s DD-214, VA Form 26-1817 and the Veteran’s Social Security Number
If you are not currently receiving DIC: VA Form 21-534, Marriage License, Death Certificate or DD Form 1300
